Simply a terrific sugestion" Old Timer". I am quite sure that the ever vigilant "M" will take note of your post ,and have it nominated in the proper quarters'!. Where I am quite confident it would be approved with flying colours. Perhaps a small stipend for entrance, to pay for "Plastic coloured Macs of Yellow and Green", a decorated open tent of red and white strips. Weather not permiting!. Concession carts circlying the mall plying sausages and sandwhich's,cake and soda pop, perhaps artists would show their style,and sculpt creations for youreuro, Childrens faces mighte get painted, a juggler or two to amuse you, maybe a mime might show that actions speak louder than words. And though rain or shine; "Concert on the Mall" would be a joyous for all!.
