Good one Royal,and raises a a dark spectre,that of falling prey to emptyness,and following the fatal course of it's once hallowed neighbour. Saint Angela's Convent and school played host to generations of young ladies. It's waxed and polished timbers,smelt sweet,awakened memories fond, here, on board.Prosperity surrounded poverty,stones surrounded silence,maintaince fell mal, and fire showed no mercy,rubble remains. Overlooking Rock Square, the statue stands no more,bright white, tall,midst green ,and grey, but it stood for something. The memory of that something,still stands tall in the minds of all that re-call,re-claim,review, RENEW, is all we need,is all we need to do. The Barracks too, we few, remember school,or those that do. Mamie Hanley, Mrs. Gilliard,Gussie,Birdy!,Conleth, to name but a few. Gunfire ,girls galore,togawkat,yippididydo da day. To-day we got, got what?, FAITH.
