The Autumn Programme of workshops at Mayo Cancer Support, Rock Rose House, Castlebar begins on Tuesday 15th September with Sense of Wellbeing with facilitator Noleen Cashin Cafolla. It runs from 10.30am - 12.30. This is a 6 week course.

On Tuesday evening, 15th, the Mayo Stoma Support Group meet at the house at 7pm. Guest speaker will attend. New members are always welcome.

On Wednesday 16th we have Cancer Conscious Yoga from 10.15am - 11.45am. for 6 weeks.

The Walking Group meet every Tuesday at 10.30 and go for a walk around Lough Lanagh. This is an on-going event.

The Rocks N Roses Choir meet each Wednesday at 6.30pm starting on 16th Sept.

On Wednesday 30th the Rock Rose Cancer Support group meet at 7pm. They meet once per month.
