Who is Love Castlebar? - We are a group of volunteers who want to reinvigorate and enhance the town that we live in.
What do Love Castlebar do?

Ambassadors

1.) Facelift Project - We clean and restore derelict buildings around the town to improve the overall feel

2.) Love Castlebar Card - A discount card for tourists that entitles them to discounts in over 100+ local businesses in the town

3.) Ambassadors - We assign ambassadors to groups for major events that happen in the town. It is the job of each ambassador to help their assigned group for their stay with local knowledge and expertise.

4.) NEW Spaces in Between project - Just launched - this project is a art competition open to everyone to enhance the walk ways through out the town.

In the last month the facelift project has gathered pace. Teams of volunteers have cleaned and painted the following derelict buildings in the town. We have continued to concentrate on the town centre getting it ready for the busy festival season.
