Mother nature smiled benevolently on the Ballina Street Festival when the Heritage Day crowds thronged the streets of the town for the annual event. Many stalls were erected and a whole range of objects from crafts to dilisk were on sale. Music filled the air, with sounds of Latin American rhythms, Pop and Irish music mingling. A wonderful carnival atmosphere was everywhere with visitors and locals alike enjoying the event. The photos below gives an idea of what went on. |
