The Family Centre in association with the Mayo Education Centre is happy to present a workshop, exploring the interactions between adolescents and adults both in the family and in school. This workshop will be of particular interest to parents and to teachers.  It helps adults to understand the inherent conflict in the interactions.  It suggests useful and practical tips for managing the interactions through awareness.  The workshop makes use of the facilitator’s experience of 27 years working with adolescents and their families in a variety of settings including schools, addiction centres, and eating disorders units as well as in private counselling practice.
