PARENTING ALONE

The Family Life after Separation Project is pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for lone parents to meet together, in a safe and confidential environment to explore the  particular challenges that parenting alone brings.

Topics to be explored include:

·                Anticipating and answering difficult questions about parental relationships.

·                Enhancing your child’s sense of belonging.

·                Talking to your child about the parent they do not see or have not met.

·                Other issues that participants may wish to raise in the group.

Are you parenting alone as a result of relationship breakdown, separation or divorce and would value time to meet and discuss with others in a similar situation to your self?

The group facilitator will be Catie Bellamy from the Family Life after Separation Project.
