Parenting Alone Course

This course is for individuals parenting alone to meet together in a safe and confidential environment, to explore the particular challenges that come as a result of relationship breakdown, separation or divorce.

Topics to be explored will include:-

• Anticipating and answering difficult questions about parental relationships
• Enhancing your child’s sense of belonging
• Talking to your child about the parent they do not see or have not met.
• Other issues that participants may wish to raise in the group
