A group of young people in Castlebar have come up with the novel idea of establishing a World Record of Euro coins in Market Square, Castlebar, by making a spiral of Euro coins which can be donated by the public on next Saturday, 4th May. This is the first time such an event been organised and is expected to attract huge attention in the town on the Bank Holiday weekend. The entire proceeds will be donated to the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation. Everyone is invited to donate a coin or two to the spiral which will be photographed at 6.00 p.m. So Come On Down and make your contribution to the Euroline!
