Development
A development plan is to be drawn up in the immediate future. All ideas and proposals are welcome and should be forwarded to Leo Doherty. The opening of the new function rooms is running a little behind schedule. This is not a club fault and all efforts are being made to expedite the work. A possible opening date would appear to be in the Autumn.
Football
Disappointment was expressed at the low attendance for the recent development school. These schools are essential in order to improve the standard of football within the club. Both players and managers would benefit, as there was always something new to learn. Those who feel otherwise might be advised to come along and share their views.
Club Constitution
A Review of the Club Constitution is presently underway. This is fundamentally important as both the club and society has changed and it is essential to have a constitution in place which will incorporate current and future developments. Anyone wishing to input ideas or comments please contact Noel Byrne. It is hoped to have this review completed prior to the AGM at the end of the year.
Quarterly Meeting
The next quarterly club meeting is scheduled for Thursday 1 August.
