My recollection of the Wimpy was on Ellison Street, where the Irish House is now situated. Cafollas was on Main Street opposite RTV rentals, now Hynes Jewellers, in a building previously owned by Evelyn Cahill and her husband and family. There were 2 in the Cahill family if I recall correctly, Kieran and his sister.
