All Ireland Football Final 2016:

Everyone at the club wishes Mayo all the very best in the All Ireland Final v Dublin on Sunday and especially to our own panel members Paddy Durcan, Barry Moran and Ger McDonagh. We could not be prouder of the lads and hopefully this will be the year that they get their just rewards.

All Ireland Final Tickets:

Following the taking of names for tickets last Wednesday night in An Sportlann we hope to have a further update early this week. Please note that application for tickets closed last Wednesday night and we will not be in a position to take any more names.

Midwest Radio Special Broadcast:

Midwest Radio are doing a special broadcast between 12-1pm from Leo Dohertys Shop, Main Street on Thursday September 15th and have invited our members along for a bit of pre match banter and craic ahead of the All Ireland Final on Sunday. All welcome.

Quiz Fundraiser:

Thanks to everyone who supported our table quiz in vast numbers last Thursday night in An Sportlann and to those who bought tickets in the raffle. A huge thank you to James Rocke who organised it and to all who helped put on the night.

New Dates for the Club Championship:

Following a meeting of the Mayo GAA CCC last Wednesday night, Round 3 of the club football championship at home v Ballina Stephenites will now take place on the weekend of October 1st & 2nd.

Mayo Minor Team Manager Nominations:

Clubs are asked to submit nominations for the position of Mayo Minor Football Team Manager.
Closing date for nominations is midnight Friday September 30th 2016.

Please note that all nominations must be accompanied by a letter of acceptance.

If a member wants to nominate someone they should forward details to Club Secretary. Their nomination will then be considered by the Club Executive.
