Gretings Butch,that pub was owned by the King family.It was a very busy place on the fair days, as cattle used to be "rested" on the opposite side of the street, in by Fitzgerald's archway to the back of what was then Kellys pub (the yank?, prior to being brought to the Fairgreen for sale. |
