Bressie spoke passionately on the topic of mental health. His honesty and openness about his own battle with depression and anxiety has moved many since he opened up about the subject. Bressie's story was inspirational and he talked about coping mechanisms and minding your mental health, as part of the road to recovery. Over 500 people attended the event with over 13 secondary schools from all across Mayo attending on the night.

Conor Byrne Area Manager from Bank of Ireland introduced Niall Dunne Mental Health Ireland Development Officer for Mayo Mental Health Association, who spoke passionately about the importance of education around Mental Health and Wellbeing in Schools. Niall pointed to the fact that he now works with eighteen secondary schools within Mayo who actively take part in their educational "Mental Health Awareness weeks".
