Welcome to a new season at Mayo Sailing Club

Mayo Sailing Club

The A G M of Mayo Sailing Club was held in Hotel Westport on the 19th October 2001.

The following officers were elected:

Commodore : Joe McGovern 098 41109

Treasurer : Seamus Sammon 087 6691758
Vice Commodore : David Baird,
P. R. O. : Lesley Gail.

The following were elected to the Committee: Ray Hughes, Donagh Waldron, Gair Gordon, Seamas Moneley, Tim Corcoran, Angus Bourke and Blair Stanaway.

Subscriptions for this season are now due, the prices are as follows-
Beginners : Euro 70
Junior : Euro 70
Single : Euro 140
Family : Euro 200
Country : Euro 80

Subscriptions can be sent to Seamus Sammon at Mayo Sailing Club Rosmoney Westport.

There will be an Introductory to Sailing course held in May; details will be in local Newspapers and on our Web site.

The Launching of the boats will take place on Friday the 29th of March and Saturday the 6th of April.

The junior sailing course will take place on the 1st of July more details in the next newsletter.

NORA: Sligo Yacht Club will host NORA on the 14th 15th and 16th of June
