I remember Frances Mellor Yes she she worked in Langans of Ellison ST now HEATONS DEPT STORE. She lived in Rock SQ as previously stated. I was in her house I got to know her through a lady who worked with her. I believe she was CHURCH OF IRELAND not that was any harm as she was a lovely warm person.I will explain why I refer to her church I heard it said that her father hide[ helped] in the belfry of CHRISTCHURCH DURING THE TROUBLES IE THE TANS [ SORRY MY PC IS HAVING A NITEMARE]so he must have been a church warden or some such.THE STEWART FAMILY IE ice cream shop on the corner on CASTLE ST the CONVENT end I think looked after her in the end Mick Byrne the publican on MAIN ST IS THEIR GRANDSON ie the twartsHE may be able to put you in touch with some of his RELATIONS.ANY GOOD PINT DRINKERS please bring this to his attention GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SCEARCH
