Popular country singer, Gene Watson and his farewell party band, will return to Ireland this autumn for an unmissable tour that will see him play at the Royal Theatre, Castlebar on Wednesday 3rd October for one night only accompanied by Mike Denver

Thursday 4th Oct 2007:

Don McLean

He has over 40 gold and platinum records worldwide, and some of the greatest hits ever made including the Irish number one ‘The Mountains of Mourne’, ‘American Pie’, ‘And I Love You So’, ‘Vincent’, ‘Starry Starry Night and ‘Castles In The Air’. Now, see the legend that is Don McLean live in concert at the Royal Theatre, Castlebar on Thursday 4th October.

Budapest Symphony Orchestra

Delorentos

After releasing one of the most hotly anticipated Irish albums of 2007, In Love With Detail last April and new single ‘Stop’ and Incendiary performances at both the Oxegen and Electric Picnic festivals Delorentos play in the Ruby Rooms Castlebar, Co.Mayo on Friday October 26th and is a gig definitely not to be missed, especially with a promising support from popular bands Story of Hair and Cork’s Hooray for Humans!

Saturday 27th:

Des Bishop

Des Bishop, the New Yorker who has taken Ireland by storm, will return to the Royal Theatre, Castlebar for a night of laugh-out-loud comedy and banter! Having made Ireland his home for many years now, he has a very unique viewpoint of Irish life best captured in his successful series ‘The Des Bishop Work Experience’ and ‘Joy In The Hood’ where he single-handedly unleashed our desire to laugh.

Sunday 28th:

Tidy Boys

The Tidy Boys style now emphasizes the full range of the new regenerated Hard House sound, a concoction of Hard Funk, bouncy grooves and uplifting Hard Trance. Working as a DJ team they throw everything they've got into a fully animated performance, which brings their set into what can only be described as one big Hard House party.

They play the Royal Theatre on this October Bank Holiday weekend with special guests Amber D, Mark Kavanagh & Cheeky
