Susan Boyle's visit to Knock last weekend delighted Daniel O'Donnell and audiences at The Royal Theatre, Castlebar, at Daniel's show on 24 July 2010 with an unscheduled appearance on the stage.

Susan Boyle came to international public attention when she appeared on Britain's Got Talent last year and made her dreams come true by shocking audiences with her truly amazing voice as she performed "I dreamed a dream", from Les Miserable. More recently she made a very special guest appearance as part of Daniel O'Donnell's Concert at The Royal Theatre, Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland on Saturday night, July 24th 2010.

Susan who was on a private visit to Knock Shine in County Mayo received four standing ovations during her surprise performance. Susan sang the infamous, "I Dreamed a Dream" and also joined Daniel O'Donnell in a duet of "Our Lady Of Knock."

The Performance was the first time that Susan has sung in Ireland. Susan is currently recording her second album, which will be released on 29 November 2010 and it is hoped that she will return to The Royal Theatre in Castlebar with her own concert - and might even have Daniel O'Donnell as her Special Guest.
