Castlebar based artist Isabela Basombrio Hoban pictured in front of her work at the Galway 1916 Exhibition of Contemporary Art. Her work explores the symbolism of the Lily Flower.

The exhibition is being held at The Connacht Tribune Printworks, Market Street, Galway.

There are several other contributing artists to this fascinating exhibition, including Robert Ballagh.

The exhibition runs until April 13. Open daily.
