Mayo Vintage Car Club Rally,

Westport - Achill.

One hundred and sixty cars took part in the Westport -Achill rally, organised by the Mayo Vintage Car Club. Pride of place must surely go to the beautifully restored two-cylinder 1911 Renault car, the property of Michael McCormack of Monasterevan, formerly of Charles Street, Castlebar. The photos show it in pristine condition, with carbide lamps, brass trim and two-cylinder engine.
