The new season at The Castlebar Camera Club kicks off on Thursday September 20th. next at 8.00pm sharp in room SR14, Gmit, Castlebar.

The competition themes for the new season are as follows:

• October 4th, 2007: Abstract,
• November 1st, 2007: Say it with flowers,
• December 6th, 2007: Nature at home and abroad.

The themes for the second half will be announced once the season gets underway.

On Monday 22nd. October 2007 the club are hosting a lecture illustrated with a selection of his prints by famed amateur photographer, Rikki O'Neill. The venue for this exciting event will be The Regional Training Center, The Mall Castlebar beside Mayo CO. Co. Headquarters. There will be a small charge of E 5.00 to defray expenses for what promises to be a wonderful nights photography.

The first night of the new season will feature a picture parade of members images taken over the Summer? so get out there and get those shots, time is running out.
