Match Report

The footballers from St. Angela’s National School in Castlebar were beyond victorious in the Cumann na mBunscol competition played in Breaffy.

Four teams participated in this event including Snugboro, Breaffy, Scoil Raifteirí and St. Angela’s. The draw resulted in Snugboro playing Scoil Raifteirí and St. Angela’s playing Breaffy in the first round. The winning teams that got through to the next final were St. Angela’s playing Scoil Raifteirí.

It was a very competitive match and both teams played extremely well. In the end we, St. Angela's, fortunately had a very proud win, and took home the title.

A very warm thanks to the coaches, Ms. Kelly and Ms. Roche and also thanks to all the supporting parents.
