The 2006 St. Patrick's Day parade in Castlebar will be held as always on the feast of the national apostle, Friday, March 17.

The parade will assemble at the Industrial Estate, beside McHale Park, at 2 p.m. and moving off at 2.30.

Expect lots of colour and excitement, music, song and craic.

Enter a float or come along in a zany costume. Talent competition, with prizes, at reviewing stand on Main Street.
