Mayo Organic group is delighted to be welcoming Lorna Elms of National Museum of Ireland, Turlough House to give a talk on 'Bog plants-their medicinal uses and folklore'.

Lorna has a particular interest in the flora of Irish peatlands and on 18th May will give an overview of our common bog plants; offering some insights into their unique properties, medicinal uses and folklore.

The meeting is held at Balla community Centre at 7:30, Open to all, & refreshments, charity raffle, sales, & give-aways, as well as networking.
