An innovative night of presentations, discussion, and debate on the types of technology that might be in use in 30 years time and how these will affect our lives and those of our children. This years highlights include presentations from The European Space Agency, Declan Holmes speaking on the topic of nano-technology and Stephen Daniels explaining plasma.

This year the Mayo Science and Technology Festival Open Day will be held Sunday, 21st of November and as always will have a host of interactive shows, hands-on activities and presentations. It's a great day out for all ages and you're sure to find something of interest. All events are free of charge. Tickets for shows will be provided on a first come first served basis.
