You can provide us with material for the Castlebar web site. It's easy with our new system. Write your piece in MS Word, notepad or any convenient word processor and then cut and paste it into the boxes provided to create an article for www.castlebar.ie. To test drive the system you can use our guest username and password - enter 'guest' for both username and password.
We want YOU to provide content. It's as simple as cut and paste. Join our team of content providers.
If you have a digital camera or a scanner it is even better because now you can upload your photos with your browser - it's as easy as click and point.
All you have to do is send us an email and we will give you a username and password and you can start uploading. To test drive the system you can use our guest username and password - enter 'guest' for both username and password.
In a day or so, depending on how busy our editors are, your piece will go live on the web with your byline. We provide you with a safety net in terms of checking over what you have written for bloopers etc. (although obviously we prefer if writers would run a spell check themselves before uploading!)
