Arthritis walking groups are now in there second year in Mayo with groups taking place in Ballina,Castlebar, Westport, Inver in Belmullet and coming soon to Swinford. Walking is proven to be one of the best forms of exercise for people with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.
During the summer TG4-ImBarr Do Shláinte came down and filmed the Ballina walking group and members of the Mayo Branch of Arthritis Ireland. This will air this Wednesday 1st of October at 7.30pm.
