Mayo Intercultural Action is inviting you to join us in celebrating the INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY #IWD2017 at 2.30pm-5.00pm, Wednesday 8th of March 2017 at the National Museum of Ireland, Country Life, Turlough Park Castlebar, Co Mayo. We will be hearing from a few influential Women in our Community about their work and passions, while we build a Mandala during the event. We Kindly request you to bring items that represent your culture, represent a positive change in your life, or something that represent an event in your circle of life (Any items brought, you can bring them back with you). We will have a basket of trinkets on the day if you don't have items to bring, you can have a choice for the items from it. It's a fun family friendly event. We hope to see you there to celebrate this Wonderful Day.
N/B. The International Women's Day Theme of 2017 is #BeBoldForChange. The UN International Women's Day Theme 2017 focuses on "Women in the Changing World of Work: Planet 50:50 by 2030".
