Final Touches Being Applied to Fortunes & Misfortunes

All the cast & crew in Parke Arts & Drama Group are busy applying the final touches to their upcoming production of Fortunes & Misfortunes, the hilarious 3 act comedy by Jimmy Keary.  The Group had its Dress Rehearsal on Sunday night last the 26^th February with a test audience of 20 lovely ladies from the Knockmore Ladies Club and it received very positive reviews from those discerning ladies.  So over the next few nights the cast and crew will be fine tuning all aspects of the production to ensure that they deliver the best quality show possible for you on all four nights.

Once again there has been colossol demand for the tickets but a few still remain so if you haven't already booked those tickets you'd better pick up that phone and give Ann a call on 094 9031128 after 6.00pm to ensure you don't miss out.  A limited number will be available on the door.  Tickets cost just €10.00 and proceeds from the show will go to Mayo Autism Action who provide much needed services for children with Autism in Mayo.   A tremendous effort has been put in by all involved from directing to producing to set design to lighting and sound and of course the actors have been flat out since last October perfecting their lines, so don't let all that work go unrewarded and come along and give the Group your support.

Make sure you pencil it into your diaries Thursday 1^st March - Sunday 4^th March, curtain up at 8.15pm nightly, in Parke Community Centre.  You are guaranteed a great night's entertainment.  See you there!!!
