Company in the Innovation Centre launch new innovative website
Giant Technologies Ltd., a company based in the innovation centre at GMIT Castlebar since 2008, is launching its new website to the public today (4 Nov 2009). The website is called OddjobGiant.ie
OddjobGiant.ie is a website where anyone can post odd-jobs to be completed in their local area. Jobs posted can include anything from getting someone to mow your lawn, paint a room or teach Spanish to your children. Profiles (CV's) and reviews provide peace of mind when picking someone to complete a job. It is free and easy to use with no obligation.
Some examples of jobs: re-upholster a chair in the kitchen, get your boiler serviced, hairdresser home visit required, window cleaner required, clean the chimney and gutters, paint a room in your home, install a satellite dish, house cleaner required, gardener required to help with garden,· get help with your weekly shopping, assemble a flat pack, help out with tidy towns or help organise community sports day etc.
Local business server-suppliers in Castlelbar can also benefit from the OddjobGiant, they can browse available jobs in Castlebar and quote for any job. It is free to register and quote, payment is only required if their quote is successful. Service Suppliers can also sign up to email alerts for jobs e.g. new Plumbing jobs in Castlebar or new Painting jobs in Claremorris.*
