SEAN NÓS DANCE WORKSHOPS with Emma O'Sullivan
DANCE WORKSHOPS 5 Wednesday evenings from 6th March to 3rd April
Join sean-nós dancer Emma O' Sullivan for a series of five dance classes, which will keep you on your toes (and heels!). Emma hails from Connemara. Her late grandfather, Johnny Coyne, gave Emma her first introduction to Irish traditional music, song and dance as a young child. She won the All-Ireland Sean Nós Dancing title at Oireachtas na Samhna in Letterkenny in 2009 and was a finalist in RTE's The All Ireland Talent Show in 2010.
She dances in a flowing, relaxed and spirited style, and her dancing has been described as a breath of fresh air and an experience to be relished. Described by many as a natural teacher, Emma teaches full-time passing her skills to students in primary, secondary and third level institutions throughout the west.
