Castlebar Health Quarters member Johnny Oosten travelled to Kilkenny last weekend to take part in the Spring Classic Championship it was John's first time taking part and what a result to finish 2nd in the Men's Physique 178cm category losing out to the overall winner of the event.

John's work ethic is unbelievable and at Castlebar Health Quarters , over the last 16 weeks a lot of hard work was put in by George Fitzgerald & JC Physique Fitnes.
Speaking after the event John said .. "I am over overwhelmed with the result but without the support of all at the HQ and John Carney I don't think this result would have been possible."
