Rare Breeds

Rare breed Dexter and Moil Cows, Shetland Ponies and other cute animals to visit!

Sports Day for Older People: both days
Games/events which promote physical activity and well-being amongst older people. In association with Mayo Sports Partnership & Go For Life.
 
Activities may include:

1) Exercise to music/dance
2) Parachute games
3) Rolling and bowling
4) Pitching and tossing

Each activity will run over four sessions during the day. Each session lasts 45 minutes approximately.

Session 1: 12.30 – 1.15pm
Session 2: 1.30 – 2.15pm
Session 3: 3.00 – 3.45pm
Session 4: 4.00 – 4.45pm

As places are limited, participants must register at the Sports Fest Marquee at least 30 minutes before the commencement of each session.
