THE SATURDAY CLUB 2009
Shadows of the Past
Learn about Ireland in the past (1850-1950) through characters and costumes. Create your own story and then design, construct and perform a shadow puppet show with artist Carmel Balfe. 8 – 13 yrs. The club runs for four weeks and will take place on Saturday morning between 10.00am and 12.00am at the National Museum of Ireland – Country Life. The starting date is Saturday 7th November.
Join us to have fun and learn new skills. The Saturday Club is free and all materials are provided. Each club is limited to 15. Contacts the Bookings Office for an application form and secure your place!
