TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS Running until 24 April 2005 DOWN MEMORY LANE: CHILDHOOD IN THE 1950s This exhibition illustrates life for children of this period, dealing with Birth, Christening, Sleeping, Eating and Drinking, Health, Education and Religious Life. There is also a large selection of Toys and Games on display. An extensive Education programme will run over the course of the exhibition. EDUCATION PROGRAMME BOOKINGS ARE BEING TAKEN FOR THE SATURDAY CLUB Learn Traditional Crafts: Starts Saturday March 5th 2005 The Saturday Club is free and all materials are provided. Each club is limited to 15 places. Age 7 - 13 years.

Saturday 5 - Thursday 17 March/Satharn 5ú - Déardaoin 17ú Márta Seachtain na Gaeilge The National Museum of Ireland celebrates Seachtain na Gaeilge, with a range of events through Irish including tours, storytelling and music. Irish language Activity Sheets are available. All events are bi-lingual.
