Exploring the Spiritual Journey.
This one day retreat presented by the well known Fr. Ben Hughes will take place on Saturday October 12th starting at 10 a.m. The venue will be in Castlebar but the final location will depend on the number of people who book in for the day. It promises to be a most worthwhile and fruitful day.

The Journey of Grief.
While grief is a normal process it is nonetheless one of the most stressful times in our lives when someone we love dies. Patricia Hannon is a Psychotherapist and Grief Specialist and she will present an evening programme on coping with grief, and helping others to cope with grief, on Monday 14th October starting at 8 p.m. in the Family Centre.

Rainbows for Children.
Rainbows helps children between the ages of 7 and 18 years to cope with either the separation of their parents or the death of somebody close to them. A new Rainbows course is starting in the Family Centre shortly and an information evening for parents and guardians will take place on Wednesday 16th October at 8 pm.
