The Family Centre in Chapel St., Castlebar are running lots of interesting courses over the next few months.
Among the first courses being offered is a one night course on learning "How food affects your Mood" at 8pm on Monday 30th January.
Also a course called "Supporting school aged Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder" will take place in the Mayo Education Centre, Westport Road, Castlebar on Wednesday 1st February.
