A wide range of new courses is about to get underway at the Family Centre, Chapel St., Castlebar.

Among the first courses are;

• Getting the Best from our Teenagers - on February 1st,
• Assertiveness and Communications - on February 3rd,
• The Enneagram, Part 1" - on February 7th and
• St. Brigid: A woman for our Times - on January 31st.

Over 30 courses and support groups are to run in the Family Centre over the next few months.
