Summer Time and the living is easy but for whom?
The weather seems to be the devil when every one is stuck in doors studying and is beaming its rays tempting us.
Spare a thought for all studying and taking exams over the next couple of weeks. The leaving certs have another month left but what about the poor third level students who have become shadows of themselves being holed up in rooms, libraries and are pale from lack of sunlight.
My advice is that we need to learn relaxation techniques, which were given to the first year nurses by their tutors last week before being sent off to study. I think it should be part of every course to hold once a month a session like this and make it part of the course. All in the nursing group found it helped them relax and have requested it again next year - it works.
So everybody who is studying like mad I wish the best of Luck with a special thought for all the 1st year nurses who are studying like mad and are not out partying. Hope everyone successful and has a fun filled summer.
